Steven Chen has been in the Food & Beverage industry for more than 18 years with leadership experience in top companies. He is both well verse in Food & Beverage Skills and Knowledge. An accomplished Food & Beverage personal in both luxury and business enterprise like The Fullerton Hotel, The Equinox Complex, The Westin Stamford & Westin Plaza, The Ritz-Carlton Millennia, Marina Bay Sands, and Capella Singapore.

His achievements also include wining the Bartender of the Year Cocktail Competition-Champion and also Millennium Cocktail Search Category – 2nd runner up. He has been featured in different areas of food & beverage, like My Papers by Singapore Press Holdings, Wine & Dine Magazine, Business Times, Changi Express (for travelers on the go), as well as conducting Wine Education Classes for Banks like Merrill Lynch and also Cocktail Classes for Corporate guest from the Hotel.

He concepts his creation in both product-line, quality and delivering both the top line and bottom-line results; with creation like, The 1st Buffet Wine Dinner Concept, Lady Lunch, 1st Vintage Champagne Brunch in Asia and 101 cocktails creation added to his portfolio

With his continues performance to strive for excellence, and brand building, he have also been in opening of hotels like The Ritz-Carlton Sanya (China), The Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen (China), Marina Bay Sands (Singapore), also as opening taskforce in the 1st Ritz Carlton Reserve in Krabi (Thailand) and opening taskforce for West Paces Group, Solis Vanke Shenzhen (China), First Hotel in China. He enriches himself with course like 7 habits of Highly Effective People, Coaching in Improved Performance Training, Wine & Spirits Education Trust, Singapore Workforce Skills Qualification (WQS) training and he was also awarded as an Officer de L’Ordre Des Coteaux de Champagne. Currently he is the Director of Operations – Fine Dining Crystal Jade, overseeing operations of food and beverage and Event Sales in Singapore.
