I am a passionate and a very committed hospitality and service professional with over 35 years of International hotels, local hotels, chain restaurants and Golf & Country Clubs experience.
A result oriented, result driven and self-motivated individual equipped with excellent people management ability and strong leadership. My years of experience has encompasses project management, building and facilities management, pre-opening of hotels and restaurants, cost management, food safety and hygiene, team building, business planning and development, mystery audit for hotels, restaurants and club, work processes, trainer for competition and creating new standard operations procedures. My ability to analyst needs, improvement and develop solutions to yield positive result/outcome has proven to be one of my greatest assets.
I am also a very healthy person and exercise regularly and believed that age is only a number. I exercise at least 3 time a week after work with 5-10km jog and another hour of cross-fit exercise, free weight toning and have not taken a single day of medical leave more than 30 years. I am also a certified trainer holding with Advance Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).
