Dennis Ng is a hotelier with many years of food & beverage experience. Having trained at Raffles Hotel Beijing, he was previously employed by Accor Hotels and Capella Hotels and Resorts before joining the One Farrer Hotel family. As part of the pre-opening team, he has seen the hotel project being built from scratch and develop into what it is today and feels proud of the accolades and milestones that the organization has achieved so far. As the Director of Food and Beverage, he currently spearheads the entire F&B cluster at One Farrer Hotel, including banquet, culinary, catering, wholesale bakery and all the F&B outlets. In years to come, he aspires to be one of the best F&B professional in the region. Dennis strongly believes that hospitality is an industry that requires much hard work, perseverance and passion, so much so that although sometimes he feels “consumed” with the madness but the rewarding factors and satisfaction from his job spurs him ahead to work with even more vigour and spirit.
