Chef Sharon Tay is the founder and curator of homegrown gourmet gelato manufacturer and wholesaler Momolato. Chef Sharon's passion, creativity, and strong technical skills has elevated her to the position of Singapore’s premier gelato chef. She is committed to the research and development of innovative and robust gelato flavors, and is also the champion of the Gelato World Tour, Asia (2015), and the top Asian gelato artisan of the Gelato World Tour Finals, Italy (2017).
