A true Food & Beverage enthusiast, an avid mastermind of hospitality operations and having a penchant for travelling off the beaten path are just some of the qualities that have defined Ben’s career prior to the birth of LEVELS. Every single aspiration and creative nuance is driven by his ability to lead and inspire our clients, associates, partners and most importantly his team.
Originating from Vancouver, Canada, Ben cut his teeth in the industry working in restaurants, bars, hotels and golf resorts in both back and front of the house roles. After completing his education in hotel management and marketing for tourism, Ben expanded his inner visions to capture as much knowledge of the world by living and working abroad in New Zealand, China and Malaysia for over a decade.
Always being one to better himself, Ben has learned that a constant need to ascertain and consult a creative approach is the best way to provide solutions in today’s challenging and ever-changing hospitality industry. He does this exceptionally well by communicating his wealth of knowledge and experience of global food and beverage operations and working with hospitality giants.
Ben loves a challenge and will always be the first one to volunteer his services when a difficult project comes across our desk. His adventurous attitude has allowed him to successfully complete projects in cities across Asia, Africa, Middle East and Europe. He allows his professional portfolio speak for itself and inspire his team to always push the limits of creativity.
When he is not travelling around the globe for LEVELS, Ben enjoys living an active lifestyle and trying to recreate his favourite dishes in his home kitchen in Kuala Lumpur.
