Trained in architecture, Keat Ong is an international awards-winning multidisciplinary designer in spatial design. He is the current president for Society of Interior Designers, Singapore (SIDS) and founder of Nota Design Group.
Keat has been named one of Asia’s Top Designers in Singapore Design Awards 2014 and also as Designers of the year 2016/2017 from the famed Interior Design Magazine. He was also awarded "The Influencer Award" in Maison Shanghai and conferred “The Most Influential Designer” title by China’s national body for Interior design, China Building Decoration Association in 2017.
Keat has also been appointed chief judges and jury members for many well-known awards globally such as A’ Design Awards & Competitions (Italy), Asia Pacific Interior Design Awards (Hong Kong), Asia Young Designers Award (Asia), Taiwan Good Design Awards (Taiwan) and so on.
A passionate educator as well, Keat is the visiting professors and examiners in many Asian universities and institutions such as China Academy of Art, Southwest Forestry University (China), Singapore Polytechnics, Lasalle College of the Arts (Singapore) etc.
Some of his notable projects include the award winning Changsha Museum, Changsha Library, Dong Ting Lake Exhibition Centre, Lion’s Den Hotel in Pingjiang, and many Experience & Sales Centres for big brands such as H3, Freewill, Dianfeng and so on.Henry recently moved to Singapore after relocating from Hong Kong where he helped Impossible Foods launch its first international market outside the US. Prior to joining Impossible Foods, Henry cooked at Noma in Copenhagen, headed international development for JING Tea, and led the beverage division at Sinodis in Shanghai.
Originally from London UK, Henry has also lived in China for five years and speaks fluent Mandarin. He graduated from Harvard University in 2012 with a degree in East Asian Studies.
