International Launch Manager
Henry recently moved to Singapore after relocating from Hong Kong where he helped Impossible Foods launch its first international market outside the US. Prior to joining Impossible Foods, Henry cooked at Noma in Copenhagen, headed international development for JING Tea, and led the beverage division at Sinodis in Shanghai.
Originally from London UK, Henry has also lived in China for five years and speaks fluent Mandarin. He graduated from Harvard University in 2012 with a degree in East Asian Studies.
